April 2007 Jam at Underwood

Each month, Ellaways holds a jam for anyone interested in making live music. They are held on the first Wednesday on alternate months. Here is a chance to get ourselves organized for upcoming jams with songs and players.. Alan Tompkins- what a great idea :)

April 2007 Jam at Underwood

Postby weekdaywarriors on Tue Apr 10, 2007 11:34 am

Hi All,

It was a quiet night at Underwood last Wednesday before Easter with just 60 in attendance. It was a quality night though and there were some great songs played on stage.

The next jam is at Albion at Brothers on the 2nd of May.. let us know if you are coming and what songs you want to play. We can help withchord charts and players on the night!

Someone else's turn

Postby Alan T on Tue Apr 17, 2007 12:11 pm

I will be interstate for the May jam. Since it has been suggested that I hog the stage (and this after I talked the other Alan into getting up in my place) it will leave the way clear for other bass players to strut their stuff. Good luck, guys!
